Signing your accounts electronically
To enable clients to easily and effectively sign their completed accounts electronically, we are using a programme called ‘Fusesign’
Below are step-by step instructions on how to use this programme:
Here’s how to do it
- Firstly, we will send you an email to let you know that your completed documents are ready for signing. Within this message there will be a link or a button to access your completed accounts. It is called ‘open document bundle to sign’
- Click on this link and it will take you through to the bundle stack of your documents.
- Click on ‘get started’ and you will be able to view your documents online.
- Click on the ‘sign documents’ button when you are ready.
- For security, a verification is required, click on ‘request code’ and a code will be sent to you by SMS. Enter the code in the box provided and click on ‘sign’
- Enter your name – then click on ‘verify’
- Type in your name as your signature, press ‘sign’ and you are done. You will then receive an email containing all signed documents once all actions have been completed by all parties.
Note:
It is important to note that everyone will receive all documents, but you will only be able to sign your own documents.
