Our Team

Family is an important part of Tony’s life. He has two children: Kyle, who has completed his Architectural degree and now works and lives in Sydney, and Elyse, who holds an arts degree and works in Sth Korea.

Tony is married to Jenny, whose son Morgan has completed a Science degree at the University of Otago, has just handed in his PHD for assessment and will soon move the Austria to be with his Partner.

Tony is also deeply involved in his local community, something he believes is essential both personally and for KTS. His community work includes active participation in Rotary, and he previously served as chairman of the Board of Northwest Country (formerly BID), a council initiative focused on supporting and promoting local businesses.

Outside of work Tony loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys finding balance between busy life and quiet moments.

Tony’s dedication to KTS, his staff, and his community reflects the values that drive the business forward — integrity, service, and genuine care for the people they support.

In this role, Ngaire is involved in not only working closely with the clients but also with the rest of the team at KTS in a support and management position.

Ngaire lives in the area, with her husband Glenn and their two adult children.

Outside of work her family is involved with West Harbour Volunteer Fire Brigade. She plays badminton through the Waitakere Badminton Association, runs a little and attends Pilates classes in an attempt to keep fit, and enjoys time away with her family when their various schedules allow it.

Ngaire is a valuable addition to the KTS team.  Through her range of previous experience, she adds depth of knowledge and expertise to the existing services that we offer to our clients.

Jasmine lives right on the Kaipara Harbour in South Head with her husband  and son . They have 5 acres of land and a stunning view, and it makes the travelling all worth it.

Jasmine is animal crazy and has 4 dogs, 3 cats plus the farm animals that keep her on her toes.

In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys baking, cooking and sitting on her deck overlooking the harbour reading a book.

In her work with clients and the team, Beth combines strong technical expertise with a supportive and practical approach.

Beth prepares clients’ accounts, financial statements, and tax returns, and is often a key point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.

In her leadership role, Beth supports the team by providing guidance and managing workflows.  She values long-term client relationships and takes pride in helping clients feel confident and well supported in their financial decisions.

Outside of work, Beth is married to Peter and has two adult sons. She enjoys sewing and making her own clothes, and values time spent travelling — particularly trips to Christchurch.

Cherie lives in Waitakere township with her husband Anthony and her two daughters.

Outside of work Cherie enjoys cooking, Pilates, her adorable dog Hazel and watching the silver ferns.

Cherie’s family is actively involved with the Waitakere Volunteer Fire Brigade and have been for the past 20 years.

I am a BAS Accountant with over thirty years of experience working with a wide range of businesses, from sole traders and partnerships to medium and large organisations.

I take a practical, reliable approach to my work and previously completed contract work with KTS in 2013

My husband, Andre, and I have been married since 1985, and we have a daughter and a son. We immigrated to New Zealand in 2005 and proudly became citizens in 2010. New Zealand is now home, where we have built our careers and raised our family.

Outside of work, I enjoy sewing and making clothes for my family, as well as quilting, which I find relaxing and rewarding, especially when a piece is finished. We also enjoy New Zealand winters, particularly skiing at Mt Ruapehu.

Kim’s degree, which she has done through the Open Polytechnic, is in Business with Accounting as her major, she is now a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.

Kim is married to Mike, and together they live locally on the 20-acre family farm with their high school-aged son, enjoying the rural lifestyle.

She enjoys hands-on activities such as gardening, photography, puzzles, and constructing Lego.

Kim also likes to stay active, spending time walking her Huntaway, Bella, and going to the gym.

Jane has been part of the team at KTS since 2010, working both in the accounting service team and then more recently as practice manager.

In May 2023 Jane and her husband relocated to the sunny south island and she is now working back in the accounting team on a part time basis, remotely.

Jane loves discovering all the beautiful places to visit in the south, spending time with her dogs and enjoying a good work/life balance.

Her primary passion is the preparation of annual financial statements, where she brings a high level of accuracy and insight.

She values strong client relationships and believes that regular, clear communication especially during peak periods is key to delivering great service.

Michelle was born & raised in Auckland. After leaving school she completed a Diploma in Business at Unitec, graduating at the end of 2005.
This led Michelle into the field of public practice accounting which she passionately enjoys.
During this time she has worked across different industries and developed strong relationships with clients.

Michelle has a young boy who keeps her busy most days.  She enjoys gardening, going out for walks & good food.

She began her accounting career in South Africa, where she obtained a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, followed by 8 years of experience as a senior accountant.

Since relocating to New Zealand, Elize has gained 4 years of experience as a senior accountant working closely with clients, across a wide range of accounting functions.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoys finding balance between busy life and quiet moments.

Lilian works at KTS in the area of Media and Graphics. Her job involves the design of all the company stationery, logo, and other products.

Keeping the clients up to date with new information is key to her job, so all the newsletters and Facebook posts came from her desk.

Website design and maintenance are also part of her job.
Lilian works off-site in her office in Hobsonville.

In addition to bookkeeping, Sarah assists with the transition of KTS clients to Xero, ensuring a smooth setup and system migration.

She is also experienced in providing Xero training and support.
