You can now manage your tenancy bonds online for faster processing.

You can lodge, top up and track in one place, with refunds and tenancy changes also going digital from 29 June.

Tenancy services are currently making changes to their tenancy bond services. These involve moving the services online and making technical improvements, including integration with property management software.

These changes will:

  •  provide faster bond transactions over time, including lodgements, top-ups,    updates and refunds.
  • allow real-time visibility of bond transactions for landlords and tenants.
  • provide better consistency for our services during busy periods.

Bond Hub

Tenancy Services has launched Bond Hub, their online self-service tool, on 1 December 2025.

Bond Hub provides landlords with the ability to:

  • view all their bonds in one place
  • lodge new bonds or top up existing bonds (including pet bonds).

Landlords must register to use Bond Hub. This will require them to create a login for Bond Hub using a RealMe, Microsoft, or a Google account.

Changes coming soon:

Online bond refund requests

Changes to Bond Hub will allow landlords to arrange bond refund requests online. This will replace the need for paper forms and will make it easier to keep bond records up to date. Tenants can review bond refund requests arranged this way before payments are released.

Changes of landlord or tenant

Landlords will be able to enter online requests to change the landlord or tenants for a property. This will replace the need for paper forms. Change requests created in this way will be provided to landlords or tenants for respective review before they are finalised.

Bond records and updates to tenant contact details

Tenants will be able to view details of their current bond. They will also be able to enter online requests to update their contact details.

SMS notifications for tenants

Changes to Bond Hub will allow tenants to be notified via text messaging (SMS) in addition to email, for matters that require their review
