Hi Clients,
Due to the recent flooding in Kumeu which has damaged the underground lines, the internet at the KTS office is temporarily off-line which affects all our communications.

It is being worked on at present but we expect to be off line for at least today - and maybe tomorrow.

Please continue to send your information to us by email, or send messages to any of the team. We will pick up all emails and communications as soon as the damage has been fixed, and we will update you when all is working ok.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

A personal message to Clients from Tony Forlong (CEO of KTS)

Hi to all our locked down clients,
I thought I would put a personal note on this newsletter to say hello and hope you are coping with the business closures, home schooling, trying to work from home and Netflix overload.

The team at KTS are all working from home but we are obviously not able to be as efficient as before so there is a longer than normal time frame in getting accounts done. We know that you understand this and thank you all for your patience.
To keep the spirts up among our team, we have set up a KTS staff chat group so we can still interact with each other. This tends to run very hot when the Prime Minister announces another period of lockdown and today, we are having a go at virtual Friday drinks, which should be fun.
Feel free to email me at tony@kts.co.nz with some of your ideas to do this and we will post the best ones on our Facebook page.

Some of our Clients have been a bit worried about getting 2021 work to us. Obviously, we can’t collect paper, but feel free to scan and email to Jane@kts.co.nz . Many of you are on cloud-based software such as Xero or MYOB, in this case all we need from you is a scan of your closing bank statement and the client questionnaire which you can send to us electronically.

In the meantime, all the best to you and your families and keep safe.
Hi Clients,
Due to the really bad weather overnight, there has been a lot of flooding in Kumeu which has affected our office at KTS.

All of our systems are underwater, we have no power at KTS so this is affecting our phones, emails and all communications.
Our team will not be able to be in touch with Clients until the the water clears and things have got back to normal.

If you have anything urgent that needs to be dealt with, can you please email:
tony@kts.co.nz as he has external access to the system from out of town.

You can also email myself at my private address - lilian.kyle@xtra.co.nz - and I can pass on your messages if they are urgent.

We thank you for your understanding and patience over this time.
