A Notice from the KTS Office
Some of our Clients have contacted us to say that they didn’t receive the provisional and GST tax notifications that were emailed out recently.
Rest assured that these tax notifications were emailed out to all clients.
Upon further investigation, we found that the emails had been placed in the client’s ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders in their email programme.
If this has happened to you, follow the below instructions to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future:
- Go to your junk folder
- Find the KTS email
- Right click on the email a list of options will come up – go down to ‘junk’.
- Click on ‘junk and choose the option “never block sender”
This will ensure that from now on, KTS emails will appear in your in-box instead of your junk folder.
If you have a different mail server, go to ‘rules’ and enter the KTS address in the ‘never block sender’ area
If you have any queries please contact Jasmine.
