As most of our clients will probably know, KTS has changed their financial data base from MYOB to Xero.
As a result, many clients have followed and changed also to Xero.
Some clients have experienced hurdles in transitioning from MYOB to Xero, and then using the system effectively based on the subtle differences from previous software.
We have good news!
KTS has taken on the services of Sarah Houchen.
Sarah is an independent bookkeeper who works with KTS on a contractual basis.
She not only completes GST returns, but she also happens to be an expert in Xero!
These are the services Sarah offers to the KTS clients:
Transitioning from MYOB to Xero.
- Assisting with the transitioning process and the setting up of Xero on your system.
Help and assistance in using Xero.
- Working through any issues that you currently have using Xero.
- Offering guidance and training on how to use Xero effectively.
General bookkeeping Work.
Working with clients to prepare their accounts for KTS to complete annual financial statements.
Should you wish to use a bookkeeper within your business, do talk to Sarah as she may be an option for you. This is a service she offers outside of her work with KTS, so she will invoice you independently. For costs and information – you can email Sarah at – sarah@kts.co.nz
How does it work?
Sarah comes into the KTS office in Kumeu once a week to work with clients, she spends approximately an hour with each client.
She is also available to come to your place of work or home so you can work on your own computer where you may feel more comfortable. Minimum charges apply for call-out visits.
If you are unable to get to the KTS office, training sessions are available on-line either by zoom or as a teams meeting.

How much does it cost?
For clients who are transitioning from MYOB to Xero, this service is provided free of charge by KTS – (for up to 2 hours training)
For general training in Xero, there is a set fee charged, this will be billed by KTS directly to the client.
