Hello to all our KTS clients,
This is the last update from KTS for the year 2025.
This has again been a challenging year for our business clients, with the uncertain financial climate both in NZ and around the world.
However, most of us have made it, here’s to a positive and successful year next year in 2026.
I am sure most of us will be looking forward to the Christmas and New Year break for a bit of time out and an opportunity to relax, replenish the energy tanks and get fresh enthusiasm for our businesses and projects in the coming year ahead.
We wish all our clients a restful, relaxing and replenishing break over the festive season.
Taxes due 15th January 2026
It’s a good idea to plan ahead and be prepared for taxes due early next year.
On the 15th of January 2026 two lots of taxes are due.
- The 2nd provisional tax for 2026
- GST for the period ended 30th November 2025.
For all the clients that we do GST returns for, please get your information to us as soon as possible before the 23rd of December when we close for the year.
If you don’t, we will only have 3 days from when we open again on the 12th of January to complete your returns, and we don’t want to be late filing them which could incur charges.

We open for the new year at 8.30am on the 12th January 2026.
