Clients may not be aware that we have a ‘Chat’ option on the KTS website.
It’s situated at the bottom right hand side of all the web pages.
Many of us may have experienced the frustrations of using a chat line on other websites, without much success.
This is mainly because a lot of chat lines are now automated and after choosing from the many and varied options available, you are still none the wiser.
However:
The KTS chat line is monitored by Jasmine, she checks it regularly during the day, and responds as soon as she is able to during working hours (8.30 – 5pm, Monday – Friday).
It’s ideal if you just wish to ask a question, or require any information, you are guaranteed to get a quick answer.
Simply click on the ‘chat’ icon , type in your query and wait for the answer!
