As from Monday the 31st of August, the KTS office in Kumeu will be open.
We have some special requirements that will ensure the safety of our staff and our clients, they are listed below.
All of the team will be working at the office with the exception of Beth who will be working from home for a further two weeks. If you wish to contact Beth, please either email her, or call the office and leave a message. - see contact details
Our team will be practising social distancing in the office and wearing a face mask for any contact with Clients.
All client meetings will be by appointment only and the covid 19 QR on the door is to be scanned by everyone who enters the office. If you wish to arrange a meeting with your personal accountant on our team, please give us a call or send an email. - see contact details
We will again provide a box at the front of the building for you to put your records into.
As our staff will continue to collect your records on a regular basis, there is no need to let us know when you have deposited them.
Could you please use the sanitiser which will be provided, both before and after depositing your records.
In line with safety requirements, we will quarantine your records for the required 72 hours as recommended for the safety of our team
