Hello to all KTS Clients,
With the holiday month of January behind us we are rapidly heading towards the end of the financial year 2024.
We trust that our Clients are having a successful trading year, we look forward to seeing your results.
If you require any budgeting advice or have any worries about your financial situation please reach out to us at KTS.
Time is running out!
It is only 6 weeks until the end of the financial year 2024.
A number of our clients have still not sent their information to us for the year ended March 2023.
Our team have been calling these clients which means less time for them to work on others financial statements.
If you are one of these clients you risk not getting your accounts done in time with possible late filing payment penalties.
Rush your information to us NOW !
Making accounting fees easier to manage
Pay it forward is a suggested option from KTS to assist Clients in managing their accounting fees more easily and help with cash flow management.
How does it work?
- Assess what your annual accounting fee will be – (we can help you with this)
- Divide that amount into 12 equal monthly payments.
- Set up an automatic payment payable to KTS each month for the monthly amount. See Here for KTS account details
When we invoice you on the completion of your annual accounts, you will have built up a credit with KTS, which will be balanced against your accounting fee.
You will either then pay the balance (if any) or if you’ve done your sums right, it will mean your account is fully paid.
Any left over credit can either be refunded to you or held over as a credit against your next years accounting fee.
If for any reason KTS does not end up doing your end of year accounts the monies you have paid will be fully refunded.
The benefits for cash flow by paying a smaller amount each month compared to a full payment once a year are enormous, and very helpful for Budgeting.

To know where your going, you need to have a vision
No matter the size of your business, take time to envisage what you want your business to look like in three to five years.
This process can be led by the owners, founders, and/or a leadership team.
The beginning of the year is a good time to focus on the vision for your business/financial affairs
Often, it makes sense to build a vision based on the strengths of the business or venture……..
